We've created this super simple Free print out sheet to help.
Simply download and print at 100% scale, and cut out the nifty ring sizing band and wrap it around you finger.  Or measure up an existing ring to find the diameter, and thus the ring size needed! We've also included a super helpful size conversion chart. 
 
Please note: Print out ring sizers are a great way to estimate but are not 100% accurate. The best way to find out your accurate ring size is to pop into a jewellers and get professionally sized.
 
For surprise proposals: I'd advise to size up by 1 size so the ring will definitely fit over the finger, but is easily resizable after proposal.
